An enclosed pool and hot tub in Thompson, ND cause a few challenges and questions. How do you efficiently keep the space warm in sub-zero temps and cool when the sun is pushing temps toward 90°. You make sure C.L. Linfoot is handling the HVAC. Humidity control was the biggest obstacle when protecting the wood ceiling and delivering indoor comfort. Now, a long day of hard work comes down to one question; pool or hot tub?

This project on Grand Forks’ south side has been keeping our roofing guys busy for a while now. The standing seam roofing is unique on the show stopper home, and on all the buildings in the corner lot. Take a drive out to the corner of 62nd Avenue South and Old Belmont Road to see our work from a comfortable distance. Who knows, the ducks may be in the pond.

For the 5th year in a row, C.L. Linfoot and Lennox partnered up for the “Feel The Love” furnace install. This year’s deserving resident was Randy Jenson from East Grand Forks. Randy is an Air Force Vet battling cancer. We discovered his old furnace was on its last leg as we found a bad heat exchanger upon removal. Congrats to Randy, one of 300 Lennox Feel the Love furnace recipients. Special thanks to Paul Plutowski, Kyle Snobl, and Ross Riley for all the work on the install. Our fourth “Feel the Love” recipient was Cheryl Smith, East Grand Forks, MN. C.L. Linfoot and Lennox partner each fall to provide and install a new furnace for a deserving family or individual in our community. C.L. Linfoot employees Paul Plutowski, Kyle Snobl, and Brett Erickson delivered efficiency and peace of mind October 5, 2018. Keep our annual “Feel the Love” campaign in mind if you identify a nominee from our community. Applications are reviewed in early October.
